Acceptance

By using the GYO app or website, you agree to these terms. GYO is provided by the Gilmanton Youth Organization for families, coaches, and volunteers participating in Gilmanton youth sports programs.

Purpose

GYO exists to distribute schedules, rosters, and announcements for the youth programs that the Gilmanton Youth Organization runs. It is not a general-purpose social network and is not intended for communication or content outside those programs.

Appropriate Use

• Use the app for legitimate participation in GYO programs.
• Respect other families, coaches, and volunteers in any messaging features.
• Do not share account access with people outside your family.
• Do not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape content, or interfere with the service.

Content Ownership

Program content posted by coaches and board members belongs to the Gilmanton Youth Organization. Anything you submit through the app remains your own, but you grant GYO the limited right to display it to the appropriate audience within the app.

No Fees

The GYO app itself has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Participation fees for leagues, camps, and clinics, when they apply, are handled by the Gilmanton Youth Organization outside the app.

Disclaimer

GYO is provided "as is" without warranties. Schedules and rosters can change; always confirm with your coach when in doubt. The Gilmanton Youth Organization is not liable for missed events, injury, or any loss related to use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app and the organization evolve. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a refreshed "last updated" date.
